They have a strong focus on their service division, delivering a wide range of electrical solutions tomercial, industrial, institutional, and municipal sectors across Toronto and the GTA. Their services include preventive maintenance, 24/7 emergency support, infrared thermography, electrical distribution upgrades, LED lighting retrofits, EV charging solutions, and other specialized offerings.

Your new role
As an Electrical Service Coordinator, you will lead the service division, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include scheduling technicians, handling urgent service requests, preparing accurate estimates and quotes, coordinating multiple projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience in the electrical service industry, with the ability to manage fast-paced, client-focused work.
Expertise in estimating and quoting for service calls, maintenance contracts, and small projects.
Solid project coordination and management skills to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
Technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, andmon issues (electrical apprenticeship or relevant education is an asset).
Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and negotiation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with relevant software for estimating, scheduling, and project management (e.g., Bluebeam is an asset).
