We are currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Repair Technician (Sheet Metal & Mechanical) to support field service operations, working on sub-assembly components
, primarily wing tank structures and fuel systems
. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in aircraft structures and mechanical systems, with the ability to work in confined spaces and adapt to flexible shift requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform aircraft repair, maintenance, and rework activities on sub-assemblies, including wing tanksInstall, repair, inspect, and modify fuel system components, including fuel system tubes and associated hardwareCarry out sheet metal and structural repairs in accordance with approved engineering drawings, technical data, and proceduresProvide field service support within the facilityAccess and work inside aircraft fuel tanks and confined areas as requiredEnsure all work complies with aviation safety, quality, and regulatory standardsAccurately complete documentation and records related to maintenance and repairsCollaborate effectively with engineering, quality, and production teams
Required Qualifications &
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Aircraft Repair Technician (Sheet Metal and/or Mechanical)Strong experience working on fuel systems, including tubing and tank-related workProven background in aircraft structural support and sheet metal repairsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and technical instructionsComfortable working in confined spaces; no claustrophobiaWillingness to complete confined space training (if not already certified)Flexibility to work variable shifts based on field service requirementsPreferred

Previous experience supporting aircraft programsExperience working in a field service or customer-site environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyWork Environment:
