## Calibration & Repair Technician Co-Op Mississauga, ON, Canada
** Key Responsibilities
*** Perform calibration and repair of Iris-Generation instruments and sub-assemblies.
* Troubleshoot production and field service (FS) instruments and support on-site service preparation as needed.
* Complete calibration certificates, repair reports, and service documentation in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
* Investigate root causes of failures and recommend process or design improvements.
* Support on-time delivery (OTD) targets and maintain high service quality standards.
** Required Qualifications
*** Post-secondary technical diploma or equivalent experience in instrumentation, electronics, or electromechanical systems.
* Hands-on experience with instrument calibration and repair.
* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
* Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
* Experience producing clear, accurate technical reports and documentation.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Field service instrumentation experience.
* Familiarity with calibration standards, regulated environments, or quality systems.
* Manufacturing or service operations experience.
* Exposure to continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
