Peel Region Youth Instructor (Mississauga/Brampton)

Applicants must already have a valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) completed within the last 12 months. We are unable to consider applicants without a current VSC. A copy will be required prior to interviewing.

Applicants must also be comfortable commuting within the Peel Region to deliver 1.5–2 hour programs, 2–3 times per week.

X Movement delivers high-energy, wellness-focused programs in schools across the GTA. Our Peel after-school workshops blend movement, mindfulness, teamwork, and play—creating fun, inclusive experiences that help kids build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits.

Programs include:

• Active games & fitness challenges
• Mindfulness and self-regulation exercises
• Teamwork and confidence-building activities

All facilitators receive full training, equipment, and a complete workshop syllabus.

• Ability to engage and lead groups of children ages 4–12
• Comfortable working alone
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Critical thinking and sound judgment
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) completed within the last 12 months
• Comfortable commuting within Peel Region for 1.5–2 hour programs, 2–3 times per week
• Ability to start training ASAP

• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• After-school hours, Monday–Friday
• Between 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  Part-time (3-5 hours/week) — perfect for students
• Duration:
  Now through June
• Pay: $20–$30 per hour dependant on experience and skills
