We're looking for a skilled Bilingual Customer Service/Sales professional like you!
What You'll Do:
:
Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations.
:
Secure, renew, and arrange delivery of orders. Work closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
:
Enter orders and quotes accurately in a fast-paced environment, perform quote follow-ups and analyses, and ensure follow-through with full ownership.
:
Offer both technical and non-technical support regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment to clients and staff.
:
Complete an extensive hands-on training program with a focus on career growth and personal development.
What You'll Bring:
:
Fluency in English and French is required to engage with our customer base effectively.
:
High School Diploma required;
College diploma or University degree preferred.
: 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
:
Mechanical or technical inclination essential to support product-related inquiries.
:
Demonstrate an unyielding dedication to customer satisfaction.

Approach tasks with a team-oriented mindset to achieve high performance.

Independently evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions, demonstrating the drive to succeed.
