Position Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative – a pivotal role that blends both in-person and virtual client communications. You’ll play a key part in managing the customer experience, order taking and assisting customers at the facility.

Proven ability to answer telephones, reply to emails and manage Teams calls, all within a call center environment

A willingness to be in-office, Monday to Friday

Manage customer inquiries, providing research and resolution in a prompt manner

Take orders and ensure accuracy in the data presented

A social professional who is outgoing and is looking to join a great team environment

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year+ experience in a customer service setting, ideally in flooring distribution

A passion for detail, structure, and getting things right the first time

Bilingual (English required; French a plus)

Confident communication skills—both written and verbal

Highly organized with a knack for managing competing priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AS400 experience a plus

Bonus – Training in Customer Service or Administrative Services
