We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front‑line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller—while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Location: 2600 Motorway Blvd, Mississauga, Ontario (Kia)

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Hours: Full Time – Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am‑8:00 pm and Friday‑Saturday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi‑line phone and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers
  • Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice and a professional demeanor
  • Handle licensing paperwork
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Generate daily production reports and balance tills
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Completion of high school
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and maturity
  • Multitasking and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Above‑average computer skills
  • Multi‑line phone experience is considered an asset
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
