We support our North American clients from our locations in North America.

Our project management - construction services team provides project management, construction management, installation support, QA/QC, training and commissioning, and other field service operations to our broad spectrum of customers across North America. We operate either as a specialized subcontractor ensuring best practices on the foundation installation, racking installation and module installation scopes of the projects, and in the instances where we are not the subcontractor, we support the EPC in achieving these standards.

Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Areas

Responsible for project management and execution of multiple contracted projects and coordination of new projects under development.

Responsible for leading the construction services team in delivering high-quality installations to meet our customer's satisfaction.

Responsible for project planning and oversee all aspects of construction installation.

Establish and maintain positive relationships and ongoing communications with all stakeholder, and ensure great customer experience.

Ensure projects are executed ahead of schedule and under budget.

Overseeing quality, personnel, and safety practices for construction services.

Use company software to maintain up to date status of budgets, invoicing, site pictures, commitments, safety inspections, etc.

Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field

A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management preferably in the solar industry, or foundation installation and related fields

Knowledge of foundation technologies and associated best practices is an asset.

Experience managing construction projects from design through completion on schedule and within budget, working extensively with subcontractors.

Experience in cost control and budget management on construction projects.

Ability to influence key stakeholder, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with team members, engineers and project stakeholders

Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently

Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and problem solving skills

Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations and best practices related to site construction

PMP certification is considered an asset but not required
