Job Summary:

The Client Action Team, which assists Hatch's pursuit and proposal teams with training, coaching and systems support, is looking for a new graduate who will support the team through compiling and analyzing critical sales data for Hatch. In partnership with your senior team members, you will support and consult with the business to help increase their success in winning the right work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the organization and analysis of Hatch sales data to draw conclusions to grow the business
• Assist in existing reporting capabilities and report development
• Helm deep dives into the data to draw connections and influence the development of business facing reports
• Contribute to CRM System development cycle
• Providing business intelligence data to Pursuit Teams to help them make informed decisions (dashboards, data, insights, etc.)
• Field ad hoc data requests from the team and the business
• Direct assist for leadership

Education:

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Math, or a similar program
• 1-2+ years relevant experience

Skills:

• Adaptable and innovative thinker, willing to jump in with both feet from day one
• Critical and analytical thinking and problem solving, including the ability to “find the answer” in order to assist team members and internal clients
• Known for commitment to quality work, with high attention to detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage workload efficiently
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks, from multiple stakeholders successfully
• Aptitude for data management and analysis
• Excellent interpersonal communication
• Full proficiency in Excel is required (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, other advanced functions)
• Expertise in other MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power
  
  BI (an asset)
• Knowledge of SharePoint and CRM tools (an asset)
• Some proficiency in coding (Python) is a plus
• Some background of statistics and machine learning would also be helpful

Compensation:

Range: $55,000 - $70,000
