Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 10+ years of expertise in SFCC and OMS
. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing and optimizing enterprise-level eCommerce solutions that drive seamless customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business growth.
This role requires a blend of technical mastery, business analytic and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
Lead requirements workshops with business stakeholders, translating needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Evaluate existing platforms, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvement opportunities.
Produce high-quality BRDs, functional design documents (FDDs), and technical specifications (TSDs).
Solution Design & Delivery
Architect and implement SFCC B2C Commerce solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Design and optimize OMS integrations supporting omnichannel fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and post‑purchase workflows.
Ensure technical governance, best practices, and alignment across teams
Technical Leadership
Stay ahead of SFCC roadmap updates, architecture patterns, and industry trends.
Champion best practices in performance, security, CI/CD, and cloud-native solutioning.
Strategic Contribution
Advise leadership on emerging technologies, platform enhancements, and future-state architectures.
Influence commerce strategy through insights on customer journeys, omnichannel expectations, and digital transformation trends.
Qualifications
10+ years in enterprise eCommerce, including 7+ years in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Hands-on experience designing and integrating APIs, middleware, and cloud services.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, headless/composable commerce, and digital transformation best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, secure coding principles, and AODA requirements.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Salesforce certifications (B2C Commerce Architect, Order Management Specialist) strongly preferred.
Preferred Attributes
Background in retail, consumer goods, or enterprise B2C industries.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Compensation: Budgeted Range – $ - the budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
