Responsibilities
Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned client portfolios, building trusted, long-term partnershipsOwn overall client satisfaction, retention, and growth across programsLead and mentor Client Services and Account Management teams to ensure consistent, high-quality deliveryTranslate client objectives into clear execution strategies in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Field teamsOversee program planning, launches, optimization, and performance against KPIsProactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities, drive solutions and continuous improvementPartner with internal teams on forecasting, budgeting, resourcing, and scalability of programsPrepare and present executive-level business reviews, insights, and recommendations to clientsSupport new business growth through client expansion, upselling, and strategic initiativesQualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in client services within retail, CPG, or sales executionProven experience leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong understanding of retail environments, field execution, and national programsDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-client portfoliosExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, strategic, and solutions-oriented mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWillingness to travel, as required to support clients and teamsWhy Join Match Retail?
