Responsibilities
Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements across all service lines and niches in the private, public, not-for-profit and Indigenous sectorsExecute business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, program re-deigns, financial analysis and other forms of management consultingDevelop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholdersConduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveysPerform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendationsIdentify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and developDesign and develop high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondenceParticipate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposalsWork collaboratively with the client engagement teamMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills and Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics or other related fieldCMC, PMP, Lean or other related certifications are considered an asset2 to 3 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environmentExperience in business and practice development is considered an assetExperience in project management is considered an assetStrong written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility to work at client sites 50 to 75% of the time on projects within Ontario. Must have the ability to drive to client sites outside of public transit routes.Flexibility to travel up to a maximum of 20% within Ontario or Canada
