As an intern in the Global 8000 Program Office, you will:
Support the Product Change Management process, focusing on business cases, schedules, and risk assessmentsTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior managementAnalyze data and ensure alignment across the Global 7500 programCreate and improve on project tracking tools using any available toolsCoordinate communication between internal teams (Procurement, Logistics, Operations, etc.)Organize and facilitate meetings: prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action itemsAssist in drafting and distributing official documents (e.g., Coordination Memos, Program Directives)How to thrive in this role?
You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Supply Chain, Aerospace, Engineering, or a related fieldYou possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilitiesYou demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a collaborative mindsetYou are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with VBA is a plusYou are located within, or willing to relocate to, daily commuting distance of the Bombardier’s Toronto facility at Pearson Airport and are able to work on site twice per week, on average.You have good verbal and written communication skills in English; an ability to speak French or Spanish is a plusYou are available for a 12-month (minimum) or 16-month internship (preferred)The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.75 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
