, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate headquarters and creating an engaging, collaborative environment for employees. Reporting to Senior HR Manager, you will manage office logistics, coordinate employee events, and support initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach and strong organizational skills to keep our office running efficiently while delivering memorable employee experiences.

Oversee general office operations, ensuring a well-organized and welcoming work environmentCoordinate logistics for internal meetings, company events, and presentationsEngage with stakeholders to prepare Townhall meeting decks and monthly newsletters, to keep the team informedPlan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and office celebrationsAct as a point of contact for vendors, cleaners, office service providers, manage office supplies and facility-related inquiriesSupport the onboarding process for new hires, including workspace setup, welcome materials, and first-day coordinationAssist in the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelinesManage team expenses related to office operations and events, including submitting reimbursement claims and tracking budgetsLiaise with the finance team to ensure timely processing of payments and invoicesMaintain organized records of office-related documentationOccasional other duties as requiredDay to day: deliveries, answering phones, greeting guests, office supply management and grocery orders
* You will be required to work 5 days per week at our Corporate HQ in Mississauga.

Qualifications:
No Job Too Big or Too Small attitude: Ready to tackle any task with enthusiasm and efficiency2+ years' experience in office coordination, HR, event planning, or administrative supportAdvanced Office Software Proficiency:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TeamsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and a natural ability to build trusting relationshipsStrong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesA proactive approach to identifying opportunities to streamline processes or improve efficiencyHandle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalismWillingness to learn our industryRodan Compensation and Benefits Include:
