Duration: 2 months (Possibility of Extension)
Office hours 7:30 to 4:00pm 1 hour lunch

Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering, receiving, and tracking all incoming and outgoing mail and courier items, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Mailroom operations experience, sorting, distributing, logging, and tracking mail/courier items
- Strong computer proficiency (email, tracking systems (Sendsuite) and MS Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb
- Comfort walking between multiple buildings throughout the day (4‑building campus)
- Time‑management and prioritization, service‑driven environment Communication & Customer Service
- Professional email communication for responding to inquiries, and delivery confirmations
- Clear verbal communication with internal departments
- Strong problem‑solving when deliveries are delayed, misrouted, or require escalation
- Consistent punctuality and dependability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail to prevent errors in delivery or tracking
