Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remarketing Specialist to support the day-to-day activities of our growing used vehicle operations. This is an administrative role that plays a key part in streamlining internal processes, maintaining accurate documentation, enhancing reporting tools, and ensuring smooth coordination with dealers and brand partners. You’ll also contribute to ongoing process improvements and internal training efforts.

Location:

4 days in office, 1 day from home, located in Mississauga
Pay rate: $24/hr
Contract duration: 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage vehicle registrations and ownership transfers across all Canadian provinces, ensuring all required documentation is completed ahead of scheduled vehicle sales.

  • Prepare, organize, and validate final sale documentation, maintaining accurate records and adherence to internal procedures.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials in collaboration with internal departments; manage content updates on the training platform.

  • Support internal audits by validating processes and ensuring compliance documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Provide responsive administrative support to the Remarketing Analyst and Remarketing Manager, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks and special requests.

  • Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or operational support role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, refreshing, filtering, etc)

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and external correspondence.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work on-site and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred
