Accounting Clerk

Our client is a growing third party logistics company and are looking for a Jr. Accounting Clerk to add to their team.

Located in Mississauga, ON

This position offers:

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

• Pay: $23.80 - $25.00 per hour

• 2 weeks' vacation

Duties:

• Processing invoices; low volume; approx. 5 invoices a day or 20-30 per week

• Accounting payable and receivables

• Communicating with client

• Auditing invoices

• Creating invoices in Excel

• Assisting in other departments as necessary

Requirements:

• Min 3 years’ experience in a logistics environment

• Quick Books proficiency

• Intermediate Excel all invoices are made through Excel

• Safety shoes to go in the warehouse
