This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative specializing in Social Media Organic Branding, based in Mission, TX. You will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying and engaging new opportunities, driving sales efforts, and providing tailored solutions for clients to enhance their organic social media presence. This role also involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting with training potential clients, and collaborating with the sales management team to meet and exceed performance targets.

• Proficient communication and customer service skills to build relationships and address client needs
• Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities, manage client portfolios, and achieve sales goals
• Experience providing training and guidance to clients on social media branding strategies
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or social media-related roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
