Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T2237) rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services in the total store to resolve issues and improve the guest experience
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
• Know and explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with signup as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet; direct guests to enroll in Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering as needed
• Handle returns following register prompts; collaborate with leaders as needed while following Target policies
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage store supplies during open hours
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards; support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and related duties
• All other duties based on business needs

• Accurately handle checkout operations, transactions, and support cash office operations as needed
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance
• Ability to remain mobile during shift; exposure to varying temperatures and conditions
