Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. The Team Member ensures each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food delivered in a clean environment.

We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team. The Team Member position provides exceptional guest service and support, working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

• Personable, results-oriented self-starter and team contributor who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

• Friendly demeanor: greets guests, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or point of sale devices and uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate sales opportunities.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies order accuracy, prepares and packages food and drinks, and maintains Health and Safety standards.
• Cleans kitchen, dining room, and exterior areas, and performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintains uniform and grooming standards, attends assigned shifts, and works with management to resolve issues.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable, reliable, and possesses good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years, with reliable transportation and flexible work availability.
• Previous customer service experience helpful.
