• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice;
  Compact licenses transferable within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (training provided if needed)
• Current TB skin test (within last 12 months)
• Minimum 6 months hands‑on experience (no new graduate nurses)
• Reliable transportation
