We are seeking a Receptionist to manage our front desk on the Payne Mission campus. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations
