Delivery Specialist (Delivery Driver)

• Operate all equipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Stock ingredients and prepare products according to store standards.
• Receive and process telephone and in‑person orders.
• Maintain inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers, door hangers, and promotional materials.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.
• Assist with store operations as needed, supporting a team‑first environment.

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Minimum one year of driver history and a satisfactory MVR qualification.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Access to an insured, reliable vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Excellent navigation skills and the ability to read a map and locate addresses.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Most duties are performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum.
• Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds with occasional carrying and pushing of trays.
• Climbing and stooping/bending to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance as needed.
• Driving required; deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area.
• Driving-specific duties include delivering product by car and delivering flyers and door hangers.
