Rust Developer

We are looking for a Senior Rust Developer to join a small, agile team and help build a programmable, low-latency RPC service on top of the Solana blockchain. The platform will accelerate on-chain command execution for high-volume Web3 applications. The primary focus is performance, stability, and scalability not smart contract development.

• Development and optimization of backend and infrastructure services in Rust
• Design and implementation of RPC layer for Solana ecosystem
• Simulation of transaction execution
• Portal for measuring and billing service usage
• Production code with emphasis on testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Design, implement and maintain high-performance systems in Rust
• Write clean, readable and maintainable code with thorough testing
• Collaborate with PM, developers, testers and infra team
• Conduct code reviews and apply best practices for performance and security
• Work with modern backend and Web3 technologies
• Test stability and functionality using unit and integration tests

• Strong experience with Rust and system / backend development (3+ years)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, code reviews and agile development
• Ability design powerful and reliable backend systems
• Knowledge of at least one other backend language (Type Script, Go, etc.)
