Senior iOS Mobile Engineer for Healthcare Application

We're hiring a highly skilled and self-directed Senior Mobile Engineer with deep experience in iOS (and working knowledge of Android) to help build and optimize two native mobile applications. You’ll be responsible for crafting elegant, high-performance mobile experiences using the latest platform tools and technologies, with a strong focus on consistency, scalability, and maintainability across platforms.
What You’ll Do- Own and enhance native mobile apps using Swift (iOS), always up to date with the latest stable versions
- Swift
UI and Jetpack Compose for modern declarative UI development - Maintain independent, native codebases while ensuring design and behavioural parity between platforms (naming conventions, patterns, UX)
- Optimize app performance and user experience across devices
- Manage end-to-end app deployment on the App Store (and Google Play)
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Firebase App Distribution and/or Bitrise
- Implement and monitor diagnostics systems for crash reporting and performance analytics
- Architect solutions using SOLID principles, MVVM, and reactive patterns (e.g., Combine, Live Data, Kotlin Flows)
- Collaborate closely with product and design to bring polished, responsive features to life
- Strong expertise in iOS (Swift), with the ability to contribute to Android as well
- Expertise in Android (Kotlin) required
- Experience with declarative UI frameworks (Swift
UI, Jetpack Compose) - Passionate about code quality, consistency, and scalable architecture
- A self-starter who thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment
- Obsessed with performance, usability, and app stability
