We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (4–5+ years, backend-oriented) who can write and judge production-grade code
, and who uses Claude as an architecture, development, and debugging assistant
—both backend and frontend—to multiply impact and scale faster

Lead Software Engineer
, with a clear path to CTO

This is not a prompt-engineering role.

We are looking for senior developers who deliberately use AI to amplify technical capability
, not replace it.

• Finalize the current MVP
• Lead the next AI-augmented product release
• Design scalable backend and frontend architectures
• Integrate AI as a structural development tool
• Progressively take full technical ownership → CTO

Frontend: React, Vue, Angular

Nice to have: PHP (current MVP), CI/CD, production environments

• You can code without AI
• You use Claude as a builder, architectural assistant, and bug fixer
• You delegate, verify, and correct
• You direct AI
  —you don’t blindly trust it

• 4–5+ years of real-world software engineering experience
• Strong backend skills + modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with APIs, integrations, deployment, and production
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in a CTO role
