Java Software Engineer

As a Java Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), focusing on both frontend UI using Prime Faces and backend services in Java. Your responsibilities include optimizing DB2 SQL queries, managing database views/functions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop front-end UI using Prime Faces, HTML, and CSS
• Build and maintain backend services using Java
• Write and optimize DB2 SQL queries
• Create and manage database views and functions
• Integrate and support MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support system troubleshooting

What You Bring

• Proficient in Prime Faces, HTML, CSS
• Solid understanding of DB2 and SQL
• Experience with creating views/functions in DB2
• Familiar with MES systems or manufacturing environments
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Spring Framework or Java EE
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems
• Background in manufacturing or industrial automation
