We’re currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Facilitator to join our Family Services team on a part-time, fixed-term contract to 30 December 2026. In this role, you will be based in our Coffs Harbour office and will deliver programs across the region – from Clarence Valley through to Scotts Head.

About the RoleAs a Facilitator, delivering parenting and family relationship services (FaRS), you will:
- Develop and deliver high-quality group and individual educational and skills-based workshops for families in line with legislation, funding guidelines, Livable policies, and industry standards.
- Facilitate group programs and one-on-one sessions with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative skills within the FaRS program.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external services to support integrated service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to actively promote FaRS programs to families, community partners, and service providers.
- Positively promote Livable’s Vision, Mission, and Values throughout the organisation and wider community.
You bring compassion, excellent analytical abilities, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. You work well with others, form positive relationships easily and are focused on achieving quality program outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you will meet one of the following qualification pathways:
- A relevant four-year degree with at least one year of relevant experience
- A three-year degree with at least two years of relevant experience
- An associate diploma with relevant experience
- Lesser formal qualifications combined with substantial years of relevant experience or
- Equivalent expertise and experience gained through previous appointments, service, and/or study, enabling you to undertake a range of activities at this level.
You will also bring:
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A positive, practical and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to innovate and problem solve
- Recent experience in facilitating groups and individuals
- A valid Working With Children Check
Non-essential but highly regarded:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
