Mission and RoleThe goal of the Key Account Manager is pivotal in leading & ensuring continuous sales growth in the domestic market in the northern region by implementing the sales strategy, thereby establishing the Radici brand as one of the most preferred suppliers in the domestic market. This position also involves obtaining approvals specifically from the core segments of Auto, E&E OEMs and leading the process of channel management.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement customer‑centric strategies for achieving budgeted sales: market penetration/development, offering new products for various applications at competitive prices, maintaining healthy relationships with OEMs, finalizing budget figures and ensuring compliance. Motivate and guide the team to achieve organisational goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by imparting knowledge about new products and applications, guiding process improvements, suggesting cost‑effective solutions, working closely on new product development, handling complaints immediately, and providing faster response times.
- Receivable management: review and ensure receivables are at the planned level (outstanding & overdue).
- Ensure policy compliance from distributors by providing timely sales/inventory/receivable reports, statutory compliances, and ensuring adherence to distribution agreements.
- Explore with the marketing team and work toward increased market share: identify new customers and market pockets, plan strategies, negotiate with key and potential customers, and advise the sales head on pricing and long‑term business relationships.
- Manage competition by monitoring competitor movements and acting timely based on information from distributors and the market.
- Educational qualification – BE or any PG with specialization in Polymer (preferred).
- Experience – 5‑7 years of working experience in a similar industry (polymer).
- Required competence – IATF awareness, analytical skills, teamwork, achievement orientation/drive for results, basic SAP, commercial knowledge, effective communication skills, negotiation skills, customer focus/client relationship management.
