We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive new business growth within industrial and commercial markets. This role is focused on acquiring new accounts and displacing incumbent communication providers by positioning our professional-grade radio solutions as a superior alternative.
The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a strong track record of closing new business, conducting on-site sales, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Business Development- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure high-volume B2B accounts in:
- Warehousing and distribution
- Construction and skilled trades
- Restaurants and hospitality
- Retail and multi-location operations
- Buying groups and co-ops
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate consistent pipeline growth.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold outreach, site visits, referrals, and industry networking.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close.
- Conduct on-site needs assessments and product demonstrations.
- Present tailored solutions that clearly articulate return on investment.
- Transition customers from low-cost or outdated radio systems to professional-grade fleets.
- Manage pilot programs and proof-of-concept deployments.
- Translate technical product features into clear business value.
- Educate customers on FCC licensing and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
- Provide regular reporting on activity, opportunities, and revenue projections.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in:
- Industrial sales
- Field sales
- Hardware or technology solutions
- Demonstrated success in new business development and quota achievement.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized and self-directed.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
- Experience selling industrial equipment, hardware, or communications solutions.
- Knowledge of two-way radio systems or related technology.
- Experience selling into construction, warehousing, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Build a sustainable pipeline of new opportunities.
