Indiasportshub is looking for hungry, smart, city-based Sales Executives to drive our revenue across India's top markets (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, etc.). This role is for a closer who wants their commission to be exponentially higher than their base salary. You will be the face of Indiasportshub, working with leading brands to integrate them into our digital content, app, website, and sports SAAS tools.

The Mission (What you'll be doing):

• Sell the Dream: Identify and close deals for Digital Ads, Brand Collaborations, Social Media Sponsor ships, and our specialized sports SAAS tools.
• City Domination: Be our eyes and ears on the ground in your target city, building a network with marketing managers and agencies.
• Network & Entertain: Actively build relationships with sports federations, team owners, sports marketing firms and key industry players through regular meetings and networking.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear sales pipeline using basic tools like Google Drive and Sheets.

The Commercial Commitment (High Commission Model for FULL Time):

Your base pay will be minimal; it would be lower than Industry standards. But your success will be driven by your ability to close deals and collect payments. The Commissions you can make here are higher than any company in India.

PHASE | FIXED MONTHLY SALARY | QUARTERLY COMMISSION STRUCTURE (ON NET SALES) | WHAT YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON

TRIAL (1 MONTH) | Rs 4,000 | 5% commission on the cash actually received in the bank (net sales) | Focus on learning the products and proving you can generate revenue immediately.

PROBATION (6 MONTHS) | Rs 8, | 10% commission on the cash actually received in the bank (net sales) | Focus on building relations and reaching out to brands and meeting them regularly.

PERMANENT | Rs 17,500
-20,000 | 15% commission on the cash actually received in the bank (net sales) + Annual bonus potential from a company profit pool based on overall performance | Focus on driving larger deals and consistent revenue.

Note:

Commissions are paid ONLY on amounts actually received in the bank for the sales made in that quarter. No deal is a deal until the money is wired.

The Reality Check (MANDATORY Requirements):

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of sales experience is ideal, but we will consider sharp, hungry freshers who are ready to hustle and run around the city daily.
• Skillset: Must be a solid salesperson, presentable, well-spoken, a great storyteller, and extremely hungry to learn. Preference is given to those with knowledge of Digital Ads, Sponsor ships, or SAAS sales.
• Resources: You must have your own laptop and smartphone.
• Travel: You must be comfortable using public transport for conveyance to clients, with a monthly travel allowance provided after the trial.
