We are hiring:
Overseas Sales Manager

Join Sky Fend in a frontier startup environment to advance counter-UAS technology.

• According to the company's strategy, use various sales tools to develop new customers, establish, develop and maintain overseas customer relationships, and expand overseas sales channels;
• Responsible for regular visits and communication with customers, maintenance and further development of customer relationships, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with customers;
• Undertake regional/customer sales targets, disassemble sales plans and be responsible for implementation, and complete sales targets;
• Coordinate and communicate with customers to assist the R&D and testing departments to realize the demonstration and implementation of the solution.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, or Communications; must be fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience in international distribution is required, with preference given to those with both distribution and direct sales experience for major clients. Proven success in converting customer orders and familiarity with the entire sales process.
• Strong communication skills with an aptitude for understanding and identifying customer needs, and the ability to extract key information from interactions to improve order conversion rates.
• Customer service-oriented, with strong empathy skills to respond promptly and accurately to customer needs.
