Retail & Store Manager, Merchandising
The In-Store VM Manager operates in a store with the responsibility to apply Corporate VM guidelines, techniques, implement VM strategy and procedures to ensure a high level of product display and the store perfect look at all times. The In-Store VM Manager is reporting to the Store Manager and functionally reports to the Country Visual Merchandiser.
Job responsibilitiesMain Responsibilities
- Lead institutional Window Setup & In-Store VM change and installation in store
- Plan and execution of Corporate VM marketing strategy and directives
- Communicate with Store Manager, Country Visual Merchandising Manager, and Store Planning to work on VM rotation and Store layout suggestion to maximize the sales
- Pay attention to all VM details and ensure the perfect product display at all time in every part of the Store
- Window & Visual Merchandising photo report (including SKU) on bi-monthly basis
- Align periodically Visual Merchandising and Sales performance
- Make sure the best sellers are always on display
- Check props status and communicate any damage to Store Manager / Visual Merchandising team
- Maintain props stock and notify the team about new props arrival
- Share Visual Merchandising guidelines with Sales Associates
- Attend seasonal Visual Merchandising training and cooperate with Visual Merchandising Team during the session if needed
- As part of the VM UK community, you may be required to work on other responsibilities and/or other projects beyond your store location
- At least 5 years’ experience in a retail company within an international environment
- Passion and curiosity about luxury fashion industry trends and digital markets
- Previous experience in the Luxury field is a plus
- Excellent product display and organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with dynamic and proactive approach
- Ability to use MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Goal orientation, high attention to details and multi-tasking
