We are looking for a Collection Merchandiser to join our HQ Collection Merchandising Team based in Milan. You will have the opportunity to join a team focused on different and exciting projects, ensuring the smooth running of all activities.

• Work closely with Product and Design team during the key touch points of the season (sketches, fitting) and throughout the entire collection development phases;
• Review and analyse collection sell‑in and sell‑out performance to ensure correct reaction of development vs. actual trends/market feedbacks
• Perform ad hoc analysis on competitors (price positioning and product offer);
• Provide support during the Collection briefing definition;
• Control product costs to guarantee price positioning and margin target;
• Support forecast and blind orders;
• Be the main point of contact in developing product training materials for Retail, Wholesale and Internal presentations

• Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience in Collection Merchandising/Product Manager Men’s RTW in fashion and luxury companies;
• Experience in collection development and collaboration with Design and Product departments;
• Able to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with different stakeholders;
• Solid product knowledge;
• Experience preferably in menswear in luxury or sportswear retailers;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactive and problem‑solving mindset to facilitate a cross‑functional team environment;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and Power‑Point;
• Hands‑on approach and problem‑solving skills;
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment;
• Fluency & proficiency in Italian and English; an additional language is a plus;
• Fluent in English both spoken and written;
• Availability to travel for short‑term business trips and frequent travels to our Product Centre in Ravarino, close to Modena;
