An eCommerce Coordinator collaborates cross-functionally with technology, content providers, department leadership, retail operations, and others involved in eCommerce.

* Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Coordinates merchandising enhancements on all eCommerce properties
* Performs cost-benefit analysis to evaluate new operational improvements and technologies and provides recommendations
* Collaborates cross-functionally with technology, content providers, department leadership, retail operations, and others involved in eCommerce
* Participates in sales, marketing, and project planning meetings
* Ensures all content is correct and items are available to purchase online
* Reports to work when scheduled and works expected number of hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Attends and participates in industry and company meetings.
* Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
* Ability to travel as needed within Hy-Vee trade territory
* Must be proficient using computer software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

* Education and Experience:

** High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 - 3 years previous related work experience.

* Physical Requirements:

*** Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
* Must be physically able to perform physical and sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 20 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
* Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
** Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:

** The duties of this position are performed in both retail and office settings where there is weekly pressure to meet deadlines.
