HOURS: 37.5hrs

The creation of the Givenchy Fragrance Division in 1957, was inspired by Hubert de Givenchy’s opinion that fragrance was the crowning touch of fashion and the most sensual expression of a woman’s personality. His first fragrance “L’interdit” was inspired and dedicated to his muse Audrey Hepburn.

Romantic, feminine and elegant, Parfums Givenchy continues to delight its clientele both with its products and quality of service.

MISSION

As an Account Manager for Parfums Givenchy, you are a brand ambassador and an expert in make-up, skincare and fragrance. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Consultants to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your Team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Parfums Givenchy at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve the brand sales targets
  • To pro-actively sell across all 3 product categories, increasing ATV and IPT
  • Demonstrate products on clients and confidently explain the benefits of each product
  • Inspire our customers with the Givenchy Legacy through story telling whilst providing outstanding customer service
  • Be able to approach our guests and build genuine connections is a must
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas
  • Maintaining store standards including stock management and visual merchandising
  • Be a Givenchy Ambassador with a can-do attitude and the highest grooming standards
  • Flexible working across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Build effective in store relationships
  • Pro activity drive the business via return appointments and deliver in store events
  • Previous experience as a Manager is essential

  • An entrepreneur, constantly seeking opportunities to develop and grow your business through events and gain new sales
  • Organised; able to manage paperwork, Team Members, Department and Area Managers and meet the clients’ needs
  • Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service.
  • Self-confident, you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale. You will be able to demonstrate cosmetics and make-up application knowledge, and through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key items that would suit the customers’ needs.
  • Immaculately groomed and presented, you will embody the elegance that customers have come to identify with Parfums Givenchy.
