Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience en restauration gastronomique, une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et une connaissance des standards de l’hôtellerie de luxe. Ce poste implique également la coordination du travail des équipes et le maintien des normes élevées de service.
Les horaires sont modulés, avec des jours de repos consécutifs et des pourboires inclus.
