Overview
Au sein de notre service Cuisine et sous la responsabilité de notre Chef des Cuisines, vous serez en charge de :
- Réceptionner, contrôler et ranger les marchandises
- Organiser votre poste de travail
- Organiser la mise en place
- S’occuper des préparations culinaires et de la mise en place quotidienne
- Gérer les stocks, les marchandises et les préparations
- Elaborer les commandes
- Mettre en œuvre les moyens nécessaires au bon déroulement du service
- Effectuer un suivi strict des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité en cuisine
