Sie sind verantwortlich für bis zu 7 Restaurants und 6 Bars an Bord, leiten bis zu 100 Crew-Mitglieder und dienen als wichtiger Ansprechpartner für Gäste und Team. Exzellente Fachkenntnisse in der Gastronomie und Führungsstärke sind erforderlich. Ein gutes Erscheinungsbild sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung für diese anspruchsvolle Position.
