Responsibilities Include:

* Using our "CORE 4" model to serve guests:
Creating eye contact, smiling, speaking enthusiastically, staying connected

* Providing Second Mile Service:
Go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.

* Striving to build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require teamwork.

* The ability to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis

* Being detail orientated and able to multitask

* Having a servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship

We understand that our team members have commitments to their family, friends and school. Our flexible schedule allows for you to work when it is convenient for you! All Chick-fil-A Units are closed on Sundays.

Current college and vocational students have the ability to apply for scholarships during their tenure.

* Pay range: $13-17.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
