Une société de logistique renommée recherche un Chargé de Formation H/F pour une mission VIE de 12 mois à Abidjan. Le candidat idéal aura un BAC+4/5 en Ressources Humaines et minimum 3 ans d'expérience en formation. Les responsabilités incluent la définition de la stratégie de formation, la gestion du budget et l'évaluation des actions de formation. Ce poste nécessite une forte connaissance des outils de gestion de la formation ainsi qu'une culture RH solide.
