** Job Description
** Produce, maintain, and validate consolidated product catalog and capacity artifacts that support product design, rollout, and lifecycle management by providing a single reference of product constructs, service-to-platform mappings, capacity indicators, and platform lifecycle data, with quality checks for accuracy and compliance

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

**
* ** Produce and maintain product catalog artifacts
** by defining and updating product constructs, attributes, pricing elements, offers, channels, and rating components in approved catalog repositories.
* ** Validate catalog accuracy and compliance
** by reviewing product entries against approved product designs, rules, policies, naming standards, and roadmap alignment.
* ** Support rollout quality checks
** by reviewing rollout requests for catalog completeness, dependency mapping, service reuse, and avoidance of duplicate or non-standard constructs.
* ** Maintain product-to-service-to-platform mappings
** by documenting supporting systems, platforms, and components required to deliver each product.
* ** Track platform lifecycle and obsolescence indicators
** by maintaining visibility of OS, database, license, certificate, and EOL/EOS milestones that may impact supported products.
* ** Capture and monitor product and system capacity indicators
** by maintaining forecasted demand data and threshold markers, and flagging potential capacity risks to Product Owners.
** KPIs:**
* ** Completion and accuracy of product catalog entries for assigned products**, covering product constructs, attributes, pricing elements, offers, and channels, validated against approved product designs.
* ** Completion of catalog quality validation for rollout requests**, including completeness checks, dependency mapping, and identification of inconsistencies prior to rollout milestones.
* ** Availability and maintenance of product–service–platform mappings
** for assigned products, including documented platform dependencies and lifecycle indicators.
* ** Identification and flagging of platform lifecycle or capacity risks** (EOL/EOS, license, certificate, or threshold breaches) impacting assigned products, with timely notification to Product Owners.

** HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in product operations, product support, catalog-related work, service management, or similar roles.
* General understanding of products, services, and customer journeys within a product-based or service-oriented organization.
* Exposure to structured data, inventories, or configuration records, with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to review information, identify gaps or risks, and flag issues to appropriate stakeholders.
* Strong coordination and communication skills, able to work effectively with Product, Rollout, and Assurance teams.
