We are currently looking for a Deputy Lead QA/Qx (Quality & Commissioning) to join a long-term, large-scale project in the Mons region. You will support the Lead QA/Qx on a major international project and progressively take ownership of QA/Qx activities on defined scopes, ensuring compliance with project standards, procedures, and client expectations.
Mission- You act as a key operational link within QA/Qx activities, ensuring smooth coordination, follow‑up, and implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
- You support the Lead QA/Qx in the overall management of QA/Qx activities on the project.
- You progressively take ownership of QA/Qx responsibilities for specific projects, packages, or scopes, under the supervision of the Lead QA/Qx.
- You ensure that QA/Qx procedures, plans, and processes are properly implemented on site.
- You coordinate QA/Qx documentation, inspections, tests, and commissioning records.
- You prepare, review, and manage QA/Qx reports, dashboards, and client communications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- You interface with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client teams, promoting a strong quality culture.
- You support audits, inspections, and quality reviews, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) requirements.
- You hold a qualification in Quality (Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, or equivalent).
- You have medior-level experience in QA/Qx or quality roles, with proven site experience—preferably in contracting or construction.
- Experience on data center projects is a strong advantage.
- You have a solid understanding of commissioning and quality processes.
- You are well‑organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- You are able to work autonomously while reporting clearly to the Lead QA/Qx.
- You have strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) standards.
- You are fluent in English (project working language).
