MISSION

'The role is responsible for supporting supplier quality management, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulations and customer expectations. This involves applying related procedures and standards, performing supplier audits during qualification and relationship development, maintaining accurate records of audit findings, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented by suppliers within the specifies timelines. Finally, the role entails compiling supplier scorecards and providing to management.

MAIN

RESPONSIBILITIES

Applies quality supplier management procedures and standards within the area of responsibility, ensuring adherence to industry quality standards, regulations and customer expectations;

Performs supplier audits during qualification and relationship development to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements, including on-site inspections for assessing facilities, manufacturing processes, quality control systems, documentation practices and certifications;

Is responsible for maintaining accurate records of audit findings, including non-conformances, observations, and recommendations into a comprehensive report to be provided to management;

Follows up to ensure suppliers implements the necessary corrective actions to facilities, manufacturing processes, quality control systems, documentation practices and certifications within the specified timelines;

Compiles supplier scorecards including KPIs and metrics for comparison and tracking over time, providing a structured and visual representation of supplier performance.
