Overview

Anza Animal Clinic in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a Receptionist to join our AAHA Accredited practice, committed to high standards of medical excellence and client service. We offer mentorship, continuing education, and internal specialty consultations to support your personal and professional development. • Be the Director of First Impressions: Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Advocate for Pet Health: Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: Be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet with care.

• A passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work independently or with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
