Job Description:- Audits documentation quality to support accurate statistics and reimbursement for all regional acute care facilities.
- Maintains team members' personal records.
- Works with employee relations on performance issues with team members. Other duties as assigned.
- Assists with regional budgets and operates within budgetary targets.
- Provides training for front line staff to ensure expected outcomes.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's (Required), Master'sAdvanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Physician Assistant (PA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range:$84,753.90 - $
