DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER

Listed in the Inc. 5000 for multiple consecutive years as the fastest growing Talent Management platform in America, we are expanding our Demand Generation Team with a mission to increase demand through engaging digital content that drives potential prospects to Clear Company resulting in lead generation.

The base compensation for this position is $95,000 to $120,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of a corporate incentive bonus of up to 10% of the base salary.

ABOUT

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth through both inbound and outbound motions. This role is focused on creating relevant, intent-driven experiences for target accounts, leveraging ABX strategy, 6sense insights, and close Sales alignment to influence revenue.

This is not a volume-driven MQL role. You’ll be responsible for account engagement, buying group activation, and pipeline impact across the full customer journey.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Clear Company believes deeply in the value, power, and impact of marketing. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will join an established and growing team of smart, driven, and creative marketers, supported by strong agency partners. This role operates in a highly visible, cross-functional environment, partnering closely with Sales, Sales Development, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to drive cohesive, account-based growth.

You will collaborate with Sales and ADRs to align on target accounts, buying group strategy, and in-market signals; work with Marketing Operations to ensure clean data, accurate reporting, attribution, and 6sense integration; partner with Product Marketing and Content to align messaging and assets to ICPs, personas, and buying stages; and coordinate with agencies and manage platforms across paid media, lifecycle, events, and web to deliver unified ABX experiences.

You’ll also provide visibility to leadership on account engagement, pipeline influence, and performance against revenue goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Plan and execute ABX programs aligned to ICPs, target accounts, and Sales priorities
  • Leverage 6sense intent data, predictive scoring, and buying stages to drive account prioritization and campaign orchestration
  • Design and activate stage-based plays (Awareness, Consideration, Decision) across multiple channels
  • Build and manage full-funnel demand programs that influence net-new pipeline, accelerate active deals, and support expansion
  • Translate intent signals into actionable insights for Sales, including account alerts, talk tracks, and campaign air cover
  • Partner with Sales to ensure marketing programs support real opportunities and active deals
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on account engagement, buying group coverage, and pipeline progression
  • Define and report on account-based metrics as well as inbound metrics, moving beyond just MQLs to measure quality, velocity, and revenue impact as well as channel conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with Account Development Management and Marketing Ops to manage our account, lead and contact database, ensuring our marketing efforts reach the right people at the right time, every time
  • Manage agencies, vendors, timelines and performance for key lead sources including PPC, ad buys, and other paid and organic efforts
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve performance and scalability
