About the Department Lead Role- An entry-level position that welcomes candidates with prior experience to apply
- Perform hands-on material handling, including receiving, sorting, and staging shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment and assist with inventory organization and movement
- Engage in hands-on learning and training to cultivate fundamental leadership abilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams across different departments, gaining valuable insights into our operations
- We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis for this position
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory; our comprehensive on-the-job training ensures your success
- Intermediate computer literacy, including word processing skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and meet the demands of the position (lifting 20-40 lbs)
Full-time shift:
Monday - Friday | 3:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Starting pay is $22.19 per hour. This position's pay range is $22.19 to $24.30 per hour (eligible after 30-day performance review).
