THE ROLE A year ago, Raad was an idea hatched by the beach in Miami. Today, it's a movement, mobilizing thousands of drone pilots to monitor the critical infrastructure people and businesses rely on. We are orchestrating hundreds of flights per month, inspecting GWs of solar, hundreds of miles of transmission & distribution lines, and whole neighborhoods of commercial properties. Now it's time to scale 100x—our goal is 5,000 flights per month by next year.

Our mission operations center is bustling and must be captained. We're looking for someone special to own the show. If you join us, it'll be the hardest you've ever worked in your life, but also the most rewarding tenure of your career.## RESPONSIBILITIES
* Captain the mission operations center and own the entire show
* Scale operations from hundreds to 5,000 flights per month
* Orchestrate thousands of drone pilots monitoring critical infrastructure nationwide
* Ensure operational excellence across solar inspections, transmission & distribution lines, and commercial properties
* Build scalable processes and systems to handle 100x growth
* Maintain Raad's reputation for scale, reliability, and ease as customers demand more
* Lead and develop the mission operations team
* Create and implement SOPs that enable rapid scaling while maintaining quality## QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments
* Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
* Experience managing complex logistics or field operations
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
* Excellence in process design and operational efficiency
* Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset
* Outstanding problem-solving and crisis management skills
* Bias for action and ability to execute with precision
- Experience in aviation, drone operations, or related industries
- Previous startup operations experience
