Description Product Finishing Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor operating conditions of plating baths and record data in excel daily and in some cases hourly.
- Process parts in finishing baths
- Observe all Safety Practices, Company Policies, & Quality Management Procedures related to department function.
- Follow all procedures as outlined in detailed work instructions or flow charts
- Working knowledge of the following:
- Basic computer skills
- Interest in chemistry a plus
- Desire to complete work to achieve a good, finished product.
- Display the ability to work as a team player with an excellent work ethic
- Must be capable of lifting and transporting materials & production parts weighing up to 50 pounds during a daily work shift.
Qualifications:
- High School Degree or Higher desired.
- Must be reliable and eager to learn how to provide good product consistently.
- Previous work experience in a plating environment is a plus but not required.
- Desire to be an integral part of a team in a small company family environment
